The only good thing was the staff. Even after paid, Me and my wife decided not to stay anymore. On the same day, We found a 4 stars hotel for the same price.

The pictures on the web site is real, but the place is not organized, clean and what looks like. That is on the 3 floor of a really simple building on a really far away area (and is more than 1km from the subway, they said that is close by) and We get afraid of the area when the night falls...

Good location (just near Tiburtina station),there is just 4 metro stand from central Termini station. It works Wifi in room, good beds. From Tiburtina station at night bus (number N2) it can be reached Termini station, from Termini station there is regular buses which takes to Ciampino airport. Also there is buses delivers to Fiumicino airport directly from Tiburitina.

I stayed there for 4 nights. Sometimes in the evenings there was no warm water (2 times in the evenings). Room was very small, just once ordered, towels wasn’t changed at all time. Breakfast was very poor just coffee-cakes and mineral water. There was no kettle in the room, no possibility make tee or coffee. When I asked for a shuttle to Ciampino airport – receptionist said that there is no possibility to order any shuttle (in Booked.net it was announced that for additional price it is possible to order shuttle). No useful information I become from receptionist (when I asked about buses to airport, about night buses etc.)

First of all sorry for my late reply but I and my family was in a long vacancy , 2 weeks in Italy and 3 weeks in Roumania. As regard my staying at B&B Earnest, everything was OK, the location was good near the bus station, metropolitan and railways station, the hotel staff was very kind, the room was large, confortable and very clean and good facilities. I consider that B&B is a very good idea for people like us, preferring little and intimate location.Thank you for your help in making a very pleasant vacancy and all the best!

I have a little problem with the breakfast because I am diabetic and I have to keep diete.

Supply of 2 bottles of water, per day.Once the Metro had been found it was relatively easy to get to the centre of Rome.

Very hard to find hotel, instructions poor. No signs to indicate location of hotel(?) in road. 3 lifts to floors but only one to serve b&b Earnest. Cannot be classified as a hotel as only 5 rooms in an apartment block. Stayed 4 nights, room never cleaned. Information on your Web page says there is tea and coffee making facilities this had to be asked for, produced 1 small kettle and 2 plastic beakers. Balcony, that must the biggest joke of the century. A balcony must be open to the elements to be called a balcony, the so called balcony was closed in with windows. And used more like a store room. We were lucky our room had an en-suite bathroom, one room was not so lucky it had a separate bathroom, I.e come out of bedroom into corridor and then into bathroom. Breakfast - supplied - in snack bar across the road, (drink and croissant) maybe there could have been more but no english spoken.STAR Rating:- 1 (and that is being generous).

    good location, near Tiburtina train and metro station (7 minute' walk); the triple room+private bathroom: large, very clean, very comfortable beds, with plenty of light; nice staff; italian breakfast;

I would have liked a kitchen, for a tea or for some pasta.

    the beds were quite comfortable

you should notice, that this is a small 7 room hotel in flat house, don't expect to see a big hotel on this street. that could be the thing you should notice in your homepage.i missed the hair dryer.

Good location, only 8 min to Tiburtina Metro station. English spoken. Helpful owner. Basic but clean rooms.

No coffee or tea served at breakfast, which consists of pre-packaged confectionery. However, you can borrow a kettle and make some yourself.

It was really clean, the guy was nice, the price is awesome for three beds. It was very specious.

I didn't like the location. Its very far away from the central area so we had to take a cab.

location is good enough to visit the city and to arrive and to depart

the room and service are good enough, but hot water condition is terrible - just a few seconds, then man needs to wait minutes for the nexy few seconds of hot water. Totally not possible to take a bath, even to wash a hair.

Its location is 5 minutes away walk from the Tiburtina station, which is very convenient. It is also in a lively street where you can find everything you need. The room was very comfortable. The colours of the bedsheets and curtains were warm and friendly, and there was this red lampshade which at night gives a lovely feeling of romance. Even if you're alone, like I was, it is very enjoyable. The staff were really friendly; they could talk both Italian and English which makes it easy for those who aren't that comfortable with Italian. There is also free wi-fi. The breakfast which is offered for free at a bar outside the B&B was delicious.

I didn't quite get how to make the hot water run on the first day, however it was okay in the next days.

The room was very clean. It was also surprisingly spacious and well-priced. The air-conditioning functioned well.

The neighborhood was kind of ghetto. The walls were a little thin. People who are light sleepers should bring earplugs. The motorcycles and scooters on the street can be pretty loud at night.
